COME

who knows his WHY,

can fill his life with joy

point COMM
stands for "get to the point", get your joy of life back, and you can do that if you know your WHY .

- why do I not feel joy in life

- why don't I have the relationships (professional, private, with myself) that I want

- why am I experiencing this stressful situation

- why do I feel uncomfortable in my own skin

- why do I feel sad or angry

- why can't I move forward, why am I going around in circles

- why don't I behave the way I should behave

- why don't I react the way I should

- why do I have these physical symptoms

- why do I feel a heaviness in my life

- why don't I set boundaries, can't say NO

- why do I feel that something is missing in my life, a part of me is missing

- why do I feel so alone

- why do I feel empty, without energy, am somehow driving with the handbrake on or

- why am I always under pressure and stress, why is my life a struggle

- why am I not living a happy, fulfilled and contented life, what is holding me back from living my dream.

You're not always aware of the cause, but it's stored in your body and expresses itself through your experiences, your emotions, your reactions, and your basic energy. You notice that something is blocking you, that something is missing, or you even perceive an emptiness within you. Something inside you suddenly explodes when exposed to external stimuli, or you immediately go into a defensive stance or even fall into a state of paralysis, unable to think or act. Something from the past still holds you back and influences your experiences and thus your life.

Get to the point and reclaim your freedom of action and creative freedom in your life.

Release the blocked energy and regain your joy of life and your freedom!

Andrea Keisel

I am Andrea Keisel and I accompany you to the cause, to transform the WHY that prevents you from living your life the way you want, into the WHY that empowers you to live your potential with joy.

Why do you need a coach?

Because back then, when we felt powerless and helpless, no one was there to support us. To transform the emotions that overwhelmed us, emotions that we couldn't process physically, mentally, and spiritually—emotions that have blocked and impaired us ever since. To transform the conscious or unconscious experiences that have influenced us ever since from a weakness into a strength, into something that gives us energy instead of taking it away. This requires a counterpart, someone who can maintain a non-judgmental, supportive, safe space, and who has already walked the same path from their own experience.

Only when we can make inner peace with what was within us can we let go of what was and are no longer emotionally bound to it. This allows the blocked energy, which also affects the expectations and options for action (limiting beliefs) with which we go through life and can also manifest itself physically, to be released again. The body never forgets anything, even if we can no longer consciously remember it. This is also an opportunity, because the cause is stored in the body. The body brings us to the point, to the WHY that is blocking us, in order to transform it into the WHY that will strengthen you in the future to follow your path.

As a systemic, solution-focused coach, I will support you in a one-on-one session or in group constellation work. The one-on-one session can take place in person or by telephone. Not only does arranging a telephone appointment save you the travel, many people also find it easier to concentrate solely on their voice and remain completely with themselves during the process. And no, you don't have to go through it all again. You don't even have to tell me what happened, I don't have to know your story. Only where you want to go. Because the solution does not lie in the world of problems. And since everything is stored in your body anyway, your body, among other things, will lead us to the solution. On the other hand, you don't have to worry that I won't be able to bear your story if you want to tell your story. I will stay by your side. Sometimes it is important to appreciate everything you have done to cope with it before you can let it go.

If you know your WHY

,

  • You will gain clarity about what moves you

  • Are you consciously behind it or can you transform it

  • You know the meaning and it is no longer strenuous, it becomes easy and brings you the energy

  • there is no more pressure of being pulled, but it pulls you

  • You can live what is, because you can give a clear, courageous yes to it and with that you can be devoted and feel good in your own skin again

  • You can stand by your decision 100% - stand by yourself

  • You can let the past be history and arrive in the present

  • You become the designer, the creator of your life

get to the point

In order to get to the WHY, to the point, you first have to take what is there in order to come to your realization - in order to close the past and regain access to your resources.

And this requires essential COMmunication with a counterpart who can maintain a safe and open space in which you can truly enter in order to clearly recognize yourself, your own WHY and your potential

Acceptance, insight, closing the past, resources

If you know exactly, from a deep consciousness, WHY you do something, if you do things not out of habit, but if you know exactly WHY you do something, then you not only have clarity and you act consciously, but because you recognize the meaning it gives you peace, contentment, serenity.

without allowing there is no letting go,
without acceptance no transformation

conscious living, serenity, lightness

Because you should always be able to give a 10-minute talk about WHY you consciously do something the way you do it. That's conscious living, and it brings serenity and ease into your life.

Awareness, clarity, meaning, calm, contentment, serenity

When we consciously know WHY we do something this way and not another, we are trustworthy—because reliable—partners for ourselves and others. When we stand up for ourselves, we are also respected by others.

My path - My calling -
The basis of my work

Besonders Virginia Satir (* 26. Juni 1916, † 10.

Salutogenesis

Araon Antonovsky (1923 - 1994)

Whoever knows their WHY becomes the designer of their life, from a victim to someone who takes responsibility for their life into their own hands and transforms the experiences of the past into experiences that are no longer emotionally stressful.

This fulfills the requirement of the three aspects “Sense of coherence” SOC according to Aaron Antonovsky’s concept of salutogenesis: The sense of coherence.

If you know the WHY that lies behind your behavior, then your 'Who am I' becomes more conscious and with it your 'What do I want' and 'How do I achieve it ' becomes clear and with that you are in your center, in balance, in coherence.

The sense of coherence is a central aspect of salutogenesis, the development and maintenance of health and well-being. According to Antonovsky, coherence has three aspects:

  • The ability to understand the connections in life – the feeling of comprehensibility.

  • The belief that one can shape one’s own life – the feeling of manageability or mastery (similar to the concept of self-efficacy according to Albert Bandura).

  • Belief in the meaning of life – the feeling of meaningfulness.

I believe our life's purpose is to consciously allow ourselves to be guided by our soul, our inner light, our inner wisdom, and in doing so, to get to know ourselves. Those who know themselves can trust themselves and are self-aware, and thus authentic—that is, our thoughts, feelings, and actions are aligned.

Quantum physics has now confirmed that everything is interconnected, because everything is energy, and matter follows energy. This means that our beliefs (the WHY) determine our lives. Therefore, it is so important that we recognize and transform our unconscious beliefs (only 5% are conscious), which have arisen due to unconscious survival strategies. This is what we mean by: Know yourself and become who you are.

And with that you have the FREEDOM to see and hear what is really there in the moment,
- instead of what should be, has been or will be - and evaluate accordingly.

The FREEDOM to express what you really feel and think,
- and not what is expected of you.

The FREEDOM to stand by your feelings,
- and not pretend otherwise.

The FREEDOM to ask for what you need,
- instead of always waiting for permission.

The FREEDOM to take risks on your own responsibility,
- instead of always “playing it safe” and not daring to try anything new.

Andrea Keisel

I am

Andrea Keisel, an open, optimistic person with self-confidence, and I am self-aware. I am convinced that everything in life we can imagine is possible – we set our own limits.

I AM

grateful for everything I succeed in life - and that includes learning from the supposed failures, i.e. recognizing what they are trying to teach me about myself.

I HAVE

learned again to trust completely in my intuition.

I have life experience,

Because I've experienced many highs and lows myself, I know and can empathize with how people feel in certain situations. I've not only survived, but integrated them as experiences and resources, and found peace with what happened. Therefore, I'm able to maintain a safe, judgment-free space and stay there.

I am enthusiastic and enjoy learning.

The ability to laugh at myself and to respect and accept myself and others in their imperfect perfection are the prerequisites for my further development.

My conviction is,
everyone has good reasons to feel the way they do and to behave accordingly

Do we know our WHY, which underlies our experience,

When we understand why we feel and react the way we do, and why we keep finding ourselves in the same situations, we become self-aware, grow closer to ourselves, and strengthen our self-confidence. Instead of judging ourselves, we develop self-understanding, can accept ourselves, and transform painful blockages/learned survival strategies so that our energy/our love can flow again and we can increasingly trust the flow of our lives.

My calling or what makes my life a success:

My song, which came to Earth from the universe through me to be sung by me, is to create a harmonious, safe, healing space of creative transformation with love, strength, and trust, in harmony with the universal divine consciousness and the soul of each individual. For this, I was guided from one training and workshop to the next, reminding me of my abilities. And along the way, to transform my own issues into a source of strength from which I can hold the safe space.

Nelson Mandela (inaugural speech as President of South Africa):

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we have limitless power within us.

It is our light, not our darkness, that we fear most.

Who am I, we ask ourselves, that I should be beautiful, talented and fabulous?

But I ask you, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Making yourself smaller doesn't serve our world. There's nothing enlightened about withdrawing and shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to reveal the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in each of us. When we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give those around us permission to do the same .

“The greatest distance in human existence is not the distance from here to there or from there to here.

No, the greatest distance in human existence is that from his mind to his heart .

Only by overcoming this distance does he learn to soar like an eagle and perceive his inner immensity.

Sailing does not mean

to lose contact with the ground and take off.

It means broadening your horizons

and get to know you better.

It means opening your wings and letting yourself be carried.

You cannot fly on your own, but you can trust in yourself and let life carry you to new heights – to new heights of your consciousness, to another level of reality within you.

The more confident you are in yourself,

the better you can
